Otis India to Install the Country’s Fastest Elevators at The Prestige

Otis India has secured an order from Prestige Estates Projects to install two high-speed elevators capable of operating at 10 metres per second at The Prestige.

The commercial development is expected to become India’s tallest commercial tower upon completion, and the elevators are set to be the fastest ever installed in the country. Although elevator systems in China currently operate at higher speeds, this will mark the first deployment of such advanced high-speed elevator technology in India.

The installation highlights the increasing demand for advanced vertical mobility solutions in premium commercial real estate projects, particularly in high-rise urban developments.
