Real estate firm Pacific Group is set to develop a 15 lakh sq. ft. shopping mall and a 130-room hotel in Jaipur, Rajasthan, marking a strategic expansion into India’s growing tier-II markets. The Group has acquired 11 acres of land for the project, with the mall slated for completion by the end of 2026 and the hotel expected to open in 2027.
This new development will significantly enhance Pacific Group’s retail portfolio, which currently includes over 30 lakh sq. ft. of shopping space across nine successful malls in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Dehradun—especially strong in the F&B segment. Leasing for retail space in the Jaipur mall is already underway.
The hotel will be managed by a hospitality partner, adding a complementary offering to the integrated complex. With rising demand for premium retail and hospitality infrastructure in tier-II and tier-III cities, Pacific Group’s move into Jaipur reflects its commitment to emerging urban centres and strengthens its position in the Indian real estate market.
