Pali Hill Welcomes Crescent: Rustomjee's Third Jewel in Bandra

Rustomjee Group has announced the launch of Crescent, a premium gated community in the prestigious Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra. This marks the developer’s third marquee project in the area, following the success of Parishram and The Panorama.

Set across 1.2 acres, Crescent offers spacious 3- and 4-bedroom residences ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 sq. ft., along with exclusive penthouses and duplexes, designed to suit a range of modern lifestyle needs. Developed in collaboration with Mt. K Kapital as equity partner, the project emphasizes refined living, thoughtful design, and a strong sense of community.
