Global industrial real estate developer Panattoni has partnered with Kerala-based Edayar Zinc to develop a ₹800-crore Grade A+ multi-client industrial and logistics park in the Edayar Industrial Area, Kochi.
This landmark project marks Panattoni’s first venture in Kerala and forms a key component of the Kerala Logistics & Industrial City (KLIC) initiative, which aims to position Kochi as a premier destination for global logistics investment.
The development will be executed in two phases, with Phase 1 spanning 20 acres and delivering 5.2 lakh sq. ft. of world-class infrastructure to cater to sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, 3PL, and pharmaceuticals. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2026, with operations expected to commence by February 2027.
Designed with a focus on sustainability and advanced infrastructure, the project is set to set new benchmarks in industrial and logistics development while strengthening Kochi’s position as a key logistics and industrial hub in South India.
