P&C Projects Secures ₹133 Crore Prison Contract

P&C Projects has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for the Phase-I construction of a men's prison at Bilichi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, under the Coimbatore Central Prison development initiative.

The project, valued at ₹133.26 crore, includes the construction of the main prison facility, 111 staff quarters for prison personnel, an internal cement concrete road network, and a high-security perimeter wall surrounding the complex.

Upon formal award of the contract by the Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation, the work will commence as part of a phased expansion plan. P&C Projects will spearhead the execution of this critical infrastructure under government oversight.
