'Powai Heights' Gold: Garuda Secures ₹1,416 Crore Mumbai Deal

Garuda Construction and Engineering has secured a work order worth approximately ₹1,416 crore for a major residential development project in Mumbai.

The project, titled “Powai Heights,” involves the development and construction of a premium residential complex featuring three high-end towers located at Chandivali, Taluka Ghatkopar. The contract stipulates a completion period of 60 months from the date of agreement.

With this new project, Garuda Construction’s total order book has risen to around ₹4,876.78 crore.

This prestigious contract represents a significant addition to the company’s portfolio, further strengthening its position in the civil engineering and construction sector and reaffirming its expertise in executing large-scale urban infrastructure projects.
