Power Mech Projects Ltd. has secured a ₹370.84 crore order from Mahan Energen Ltd. (MEL), a subsidiary of Adani Power, for a major infrastructure package at the Mahan Phase-III (2 x 800 MW) thermal power project in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
The contract involves the execution of civil works and erection of prefabricated structural steel for BTG (Boiler, Turbine, Generator) Units 1 & 2. The scope also includes construction activities for the main powerhouse, central control building, ESP (electrostatic precipitator), FGD (flue gas desulphurization) system, limestone handling system, switchyard, and other ancillary infrastructure.
The project is scheduled for completion within 30 months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
This order further strengthens Power Mech’s position in the power infrastructure sector and reflects its capabilities in executing complex, large-scale engineering projects.
