Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company has issued a tender for the construction of a 220/132/33 kV substation for the PM Mitra Textile Park, along with associated transmission lines.
The project, estimated at ₹134.21 crore, aims to strengthen power infrastructure to support the upcoming PM Mitra Textile Park, which is expected to play a significant role in boosting the textile industry in the region. The substation will ensure reliable power supply and efficient distribution to the park, enabling smooth industrial operations. The initiative forms part of Maharashtra’s broader efforts to enhance power transmission capacity and promote industrial growth. Successful implementation of the project will also contribute to strengthening the state’s overall power infrastructure.
