Powering Up Gujarat: Vikram Solar's 336 MW Deal

Vikram Solar, a leading Indian solar PV module manufacturer, has received a 336 MW order from L&T Construction to supply its advanced Hypersol G12R modules for the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.

Based on N-type technology, the Hypersol G12R modules offer up to 80% bifaciality, improved high-temperature performance, and low annual degradation (≤0.4%). These features enhance balance-of-system (BOS) efficiency and reduce the levelised cost of energy (LCOE), making solar power more affordable and accessible.

This order builds on Vikram Solar’s ongoing involvement in Khavda and underscores its role in advancing India’s energy transition through cutting-edge technology, scalable manufacturing, and dependable execution. Large-scale projects like Khavda not only accelerate India’s renewable energy goals but also reinforce its position as a global leader in solar deployment.
