PPFL Expands Footprint: Bihar Facility Opens, 60,000 TPA Boost.

Prince Pipes and Fittings (PPFL), a leading integrated piping solutions provider and multi-polymer manufacturer, has commenced commercial production at its eighth manufacturing facility in Begusarai, Bihar. This strategic expansion enhances PPFL’s presence across India and improves service efficiency in the high-growth eastern market.

The state-of-the-art facility will have a total installed capacity of 60,000 TPA, developed in phases over six to nine months. In the first phase, the plant will produce PVC and CPVC pipes and fittings with a capacity of 24,000 TPA. The new unit will enhance marketing agility, enable faster local deliveries, and optimize costs by significantly reducing freight expenses.

PPFL currently operates seven manufacturing units in Sangareddy (commissioned in 2021), Jaipur, Kolhapur, Chennai, Haridwar, Dadra, and Athal. The new facility further strengthens PPFL’s pan-India footprint, enabling deeper market penetration in the eastern region while supporting expansion in manufacturing, marketing, and distribution.

With a strong focus on cost optimization and supply chain efficiency, PPFL is poised to enhance its customer base and strengthen operational capabilities in the region.
