Prestige Group Adds Rs 5,600 Crore Residential Project in Gurugram

Prestige Group has made a major residential push in Gurugram, acquiring 17.14 acres in Sector 109 for a project with an estimated GDV of Rs 5,600 crore.

The acquisition marks a significant expansion of the Bengaluru-based developer’s residential footprint in the NCR, adding a large development opportunity to its upcoming project pipeline.

The strategically located parcel offers connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway and key areas of Delhi and Gurugram, positioning the project to benefit from the region’s growing housing demand and infrastructure development.

The move reinforces Prestige Group’s strategy of scaling up its residential portfolio across high-growth markets, with Gurugram emerging as a key focus area in the NCR.
