PWD Opens Bidding for ₹173 Cr LIT Nagpur University Complex

The Maharashtra Public Works Department (PWD) has invited bids for a ₹173.25 crore construction project at LIT University, Nagpur.

The scope includes building an administrative block, departmental buildings, workshop, canteen, central analytical laboratory, and an auditorium, along with complete electrification. The project is to be completed within 4 months—including the monsoon period—with a 10-year defect liability period (DLP) post-completion.

The contractor will be fully responsible for the structural integrity, functionality, and durability of the buildings. The deadline for bid submission is 7 November 2025.
