RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order from Ircon International for the Sivok-Rangpo New Broad Gauge (BG) Rail Line project under Northeast Frontier (NF) Railway.
The project involves implementing integrated tunnel communication systems, including railway general telecommunication arrangements, to enhance connectivity within tunnels. RailTel will deploy advanced telecommunication infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
The contract is valued at Rs 162.58 crore, with completion targeted by March 28, 2026.
