RITES has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from Oil India for the turnkey construction of a Workmen Housing Complex (BQ Area) at OIL, Duliajan, Assam.
Under the depository works mode, RITES will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design, construction, and commissioning.
The project, valued at ₹157.25 crore, is expected to be completed within 36 months.
