Sterlite Power has launched two distinct corporate brands, 'Resonia' and 'Sterlite', following a strategic demerger.

'Resonia' will focus on transmission infrastructure, while 'Sterlite' will handle cable manufacturing, conductors, and related services. This restructuring is aimed at increasing agility and fostering independent growth. Resonia’s logo embodies innovation and unity, while Sterlite retains its familiar design, reflecting its established market presence and expertise.

The company noted that this move will help both entities optimise their capital structures and better navigate the challenges of the evolving energy sector.
