RGL's Mega Leap: 450,000 Sq. Ft. of Sustainable Logistics Power in Bhiwandi

Robinson Global Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd (RGL), a leading player in India’s third-party logistics (3PL) sector, is set to expand its operations with a 450,000 sq. ft. Grade A+ sustainable warehouse at One Samruddhi Park, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Scheduled for launch in May 2025, this state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance logistics efficiency while incorporating cutting-edge sustainable solutions.

The warehouse will adhere to top industry standards, featuring eco-friendly construction, energy-efficient systems, and solar installations. Strategically located on Kalyan-Sape Road, it offers seamless connectivity to major trade corridors, including the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway, the Mumbai-Delhi Corridor, and Samruddhi Mahamarg, as well as key national highways. Its proximity to Mumbai’s international airports and JNPT port further strengthens its logistical advantages.

“With an investment of ₹25 crore, our new Bhiwandi warehouse represents a significant step toward strengthening India’s supply chain. This facility will not only meet growing consumer demand but also generate employment, boost local economies, and enhance logistics resilience,” said Aditya Vazirani, CEO of RGL.

RGL’s aggressive expansion strategy includes the recent launch of a 150,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Gurgaon, strategically positioned near major highways for efficient access to IGI Airport and Delhi’s industrial zones. The company has also secured a 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Bangalore to optimize supply chains across South India and is finalizing a new warehouse in Pune to serve the high-demand automotive sector. Additionally, plans are underway for a facility in Lucknow to strengthen regional logistics capabilities.

With these expansions, RGL will increase its total warehousing capacity by 45% in FY25-26, scaling from 1 million sq. ft. to 1.45 million sq. ft. “This growth is not just about scale—it’s about transforming logistics in India with agile, technology-driven, and customer-centric solutions,” Vazirani added.
