RMC Switchgears Bags ₹117.14 Cr Project in Rajasthan!

RMC Switchgears has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for a feeder segregation project under the Revamped Reforms-Based and Results-Linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).

Issued by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL), the project involves the segregation of 11 kV mixed feeders at 88 locations in the Dholpur circle of Jaipur Discom, Rajasthan. The contract, valued at ₹117.14 crore, will be executed on a turnkey basis.

The scope of work includes quality assurance, installation, and associated civil works, along with pre-commissioning activities, delivery, and complete commissioning of the facilities in accordance with approved plans and specifications. The project forms part of a broader initiative to strengthen Rajasthan’s power distribution infrastructure, aimed at improving efficiency, reliability, and quality of electricity supply.
