Royal Orchid Hotels has announced the signing of a 43-room property, Regenta Place Golden Castle, in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, marking its entry into one of North India’s key pharmaceutical and industrial hubs.

The signing is aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in the rapidly growing business travel segment in the region. The hotel will be operated under a management contract, in line with Royal Orchid Hotels’ asset-light expansion strategy. Baddi’s strong industrial base makes it a strategic destination for corporate and business travellers.

Regenta Place Golden Castle will feature 43 well-appointed rooms equipped with modern amenities such as LED televisions, high-speed Wi-Fi, electronic safes, and mini-bars. The accommodation mix includes Suite Rooms (600 sq. ft.) with bathtubs and hill views, Super Deluxe Rooms (350 sq. ft.) with roadside views, Deluxe Rooms (320 sq. ft.) with hill views, and Executive Rooms (250 sq. ft.) overlooking the lawn.

The hotel will offer a range of facilities, including PINXX, a multi-cuisine restaurant serving Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine, and a Sky Bar and Lounge set on an open terrace. Additional amenities include two banquet halls, a meeting room, a 12,000 sq. ft. landscaped lawn, swimming pool, spa, 24-hour in-room dining, and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.

Strategically located, the property is approximately two kilometres from the Baddi Bus Stand, 27 kilometres from Chandigarh Railway Station, and 50 kilometres from Chandigarh Airport, ensuring convenient access for guests.
