Rs 80 Crore Project: Latur Hospital Tender Now Open

HLL Infra Tech Services has released a tender for the construction of a 400-bed hospital in Latur, Maharashtra.

The hospital, designed as a G+4 structure, will be located at the Vilasrao Deshmukh Government Medical College in Latur. It will feature specialized departments including New Medicine, Pediatrics, Chest, and Skin. The project will be executed under an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract, with an estimated completion timeline of 24 months from the project’s start date. The estimated project cost is Rs 80.47 crore.

To ensure the highest quality and long-term maintenance, a defect liability period (DLP) of 60 months will be enforced.

The deadline for bid submissions is 12 March 2025.
