Brigade Group, a prominent real estate developer, has announced a Rs 1,500 crore investment in Kerala as part of its growth strategy. This investment is expected to create 12,000 job opportunities over the next five years.
The company presented its Expression of Interest (EOI) at the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025. As part of its expansion, Brigade Group plans to establish its second World Trade Centre (WTC) in Kerala, with the first one already operational in Kochi. Additionally, the company will launch a new residential project in Kochi and a luxury island resort in Vaikom.
These projects are expected to be completed by 2030. The Kerala government has committed to supporting these developments by facilitating regulatory approvals in line with existing laws.
Founded in 1986, Brigade Group has a strong presence across South India, with operations in cities such as Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi. The company has a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
