₹1,000 Cr. Expansion: Mahindra Holidays' New 'Signature' Venture.

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has announced its entry into the broader leisure hospitality segment with the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Mahindra Hotels and Residences India, which will operate under the new brand ‘Mahindra Signature Resorts.’

The venture aims to capitalise on India’s rapidly expanding tourism market. Mahindra Holidays plans to invest an initial ₹1,000 crore in capital expenditure to establish the new business, diversifying its existing portfolio and enabling the company to engage new customer segments in the premium leisure space. The initiative is expected to further strengthen Mahindra Holidays’ position in the hospitality sector.

The Board of Directors, during its meeting on 19 November 2025, approved the expansion as a new line of business.
