₹151 Crore/Acre: Neopolis Land Auction Shatters Records

GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty have expanded their footprint in Hyderabad by winning the 4.03-acre Neopolis Plot 15 with the highest bid of ₹151.25 crore per acre. The bid, part of HMDA’s Phase 3 auction, is the second-highest land rate ever recorded in Telangana and the highest achieved in Neopolis.

This acquisition further strengthens the developers’ presence in the fast-growing Neopolis corridor. Earlier in June, the consortium launched The Cascades Neopolis, a ₹3,169-crore luxury residential project featuring five 63-storey towers, which has attracted strong market interest.

The developers expressed their commitment to shaping Neopolis with projects that emphasize wellness, sustainability, and high-quality design. Plans for the newly acquired land parcel are currently being developed.
