Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has secured a letter of acceptance from the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board for an infrastructure project valued at Rs 729.8 crore. This contract further strengthens RVNL’s expanding presence in the infrastructure sector.
In February, the company also won a significant Rs 404.4 crore contract from East Coast Railway for earthwork, formation of approaches, protection works, and other related activities between Tikiri and Bhalumaska stations.
The road-doubling initiative aims to improve connectivity and efficiency within the railway network, showcasing RVNL’s expertise in large-scale railway projects. With these two contracts totaling over Rs 1,134 crore, RVNL continues to reinforce its position as a key player in India's railway and infrastructure development.
