Sabari Constructions Wins ₹234 Crore RIE Project in Andhra Pradesh

Sabari Constructions (Andhra Pradesh) has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for a major educational infrastructure project valued at ₹234.36 crore.

The contract involves the design and construction of academic buildings, administrative facilities, bulk services, and campus development works for the upcoming Regional Institute of Education (RIE) under NCERT. The project will be located at Kanupur Bit-II, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.

To be executed on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) turnkey basis, the contractor will be responsible for end-to-end delivery—from design and engineering to construction and commissioning.

This development aims to significantly enhance the educational infrastructure in the region. Once completed, the RIE campus will function as a key centre for teacher education, research, and training—supporting NCERT’s mission to elevate the quality of school education nationwide.
