Salzer Electronics has secured a second order worth ₹50 crore for smart energy meters from a leading Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) in India.
This follows an initial ₹5 crore order in the previous quarter, reaffirming confidence in Salzer’s products and manufacturing expertise. With an annual production capacity of four million smart meters, Salzer’s newly established facility is well-positioned to support the rising demand in India’s evolving energy sector.

As India’s largest manufacturer of CAM-operated rotary switches and wire ducts, Salzer operates four manufacturing facilities in Coimbatore, backed by a strong R&D team and a global distribution network.
