Samay Construction want to build Commercial and Residential Complex in Jharkhand

Samay Construction Private Limited is planning to construct a commercial and residential complex in Village Dindli Hari Om Nagar, P/S-Adityapur, District Saraikela Kharsawan, State Jharkhand. The project is estimated to cost 62 crore and will have a built-up area of 49355.40 Sq.mt.

The project would consist of a combination of residential and commercial units, in addition to providing facilities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness center.

It is anticipated that the completion of this project will have a positive impact on the economy of the surrounding region. Residents in the region will get access to much-needed housing, and the complex will also have retail space, so it is anticipated that it will also attract companies.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 60% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
