Samhi Hotels' Ambitious Expansion Plan

Samhi Hotels is set to expand its operational capacity from 4,800 to 5,600 rooms, targeting a 16-17% revenue growth over the next two to three years.

As part of its capital optimisation strategy, the company plans to monetise assets worth ₹150 crore within the next 12-15 months.

The funds generated will be primarily utilised for debt reduction, supporting Samhi Hotels’ broader financial restructuring initiatives.
