The Public Works Department (PWD), Daman & Diu has invited bids for project management consultancy (PMC) services for two key infrastructure projects in Daman.
The proposed developments include a Daman Convention Centre and Business Hub, as well as an academic building for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Daman. The selected consultant will oversee project planning, execution, and coordination to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
The scope of work covers on-site supervision, quality assurance, progress monitoring, schedule tracking, contract administration, cost management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The consultant will also be responsible for preparing regular project reports and ensuring adherence to construction specifications and timelines.
The overall duration of the projects is estimated at 36 months from the commencement date. The deadline for submission of bids is 21 May 2026.
