Shreechem Industries plans to set up Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Project in Gujarat

Shreechem Industries Limited is planning to set up a new active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) plant at Sayakha, Bharuch, Gujarat. The company has already acquired 100 acres of land for the project. The salient features of the project are as follows: Project Name: Shreechem Industries Limited API Plant Total Area: 100 acres Location of Project: Sayakha, Bharuch, Gujarat Production Capacity: 100.5 Tns per month Raw Materials: Benzyl Alcohol, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, etc. Water Demand: 10 MLD Sources of Water: Ground Water Man Power: Proposed- 500 Nos Electricity Consumption: Total - 10 MW Project Cost - 10 Crores. 

The project is expected to create employment opportunities for about 500 people. The company has applied for environmental clearance for the project. The API plant is a positive development for the region. It will help to boost the local economy and create jobs. It will also help to meet the growing demand for APIs in the country.
