Realm Construction plans to set up Residential cum Commercial Complex Project in West Bengal

Realm Construction intends to construct a mixed residential and commercial complex in Kawakhari, Darjeeling, West Bengal. Realm Hills is a project that is anticipated to be completed in 2025. There will be 200 units in total, including apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Additionally, the complex will feature a commercial area with shops, restaurants, and other enterprises.

The project will encompass 3,08 acres (12,484.44 square meters) of land and will consist of two blocks: a residential block with four wings (A, B, C, and D) of B+ G+ 12 storeys and 384 apartments, and a commercial block with four floors and 350 parking spaces.It was proposed that a 223 klpd Sewage Treatment Plant be constructed.The proposed water demand for the endeavor is 299 klpd, which will be supplied by groundwater.
