Simandhar Enterprise wants to build Commercial Complex Project in Gujarat

Simandhar Enterprise is proposing a new commercial complex project named [Shubham]at Kalubha Road, Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The project aims to provide modern commercial spaces for businesses and retail establishments in the area. The complex will have a mix of office spaces, retail shops, and restaurants.

Simandhar Enterprise is the developer of the project, and the project name is Shubham. The project is a commercial complex, and its location is on Kalubha Road in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The total open space is 366.54 square meters. Overall covered space is 326.89 square meters. Restaurants, retail stores, and office spaces are included among the amenities.

Businesses and retail outlets may take use of the contemporary and well-equipped commercial spaces that are provided. It increases the number of business premises that are available in Bhavnagar because Fosters the expansion of businesses and the creation of job opportunities, makes a contribution to the growth and development of Bhavnagar all around.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 60% mark. The work on the project will be finished by June of 2024.
