Sri Lotus x GIFT City: A Million-Square-Foot Luxury Revolution

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty has announced its entry into GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, with the launch of an ultra-luxury mixed-use project spanning over one million sq ft of built-up area.

Marking the company’s first foray into Gujarat and a strategic expansion beyond its Mumbai-centric operations, the project will be developed through its subsidiary, Rise Root Projects. The subsidiary has entered into a development agreement with actor Abhishek Bachchan. The development will comprise premium retail spaces, Grade-A commercial offices, and high-end residential units, catering to rising demand from financial institutions, fintech companies, and IT/ITeS players.

Backed by strong execution capabilities and a proven track record, the project is expected to be completed within four years. Anand K Pandit, Chairman and Managing Director of Sri Lotus Developers & Realty, said that GIFT City’s emergence as a global financial hub makes the expansion a timely and strategic move to address growing demand for luxury real estate in the region.
