The company is set to develop Final Plot No. 283, spanning 2,280 square meters, located in Village Chipale. This project falls under the Town Planning Scheme-02 of the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA) by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO).
The company has received a commencement certificate dated July 22, 2024, authorizing the development of this property. Excavation work on the site has been successfully completed, marking a significant milestone in the project's progress. Supreme Holdings specializes in land development and the real estate sector, with ongoing projects including residential complexes in Pune and Panvel.
The development of this land parcel is expected to contribute to the region's growing real estate market, aligning with CIDCO’s plans to enhance infrastructure and urban planning in the NAINA area. The company’s focus on this area reflects its commitment to leveraging prime locations for residential and commercial development.
