Syrma SGS & Elemaster Team Up to Power "Make in India" Electronics

Syrma SGS Technology, a leading Indian electronics system design and manufacturing company, has entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Elemaster Tecnologie Elettroniche, a global specialist in electronics design and manufacturing headquartered in Italy.

The new entity, to be named Syrma SGS Elemaster, will operate under the umbrella of Syrma SGS Design and Manufacturing. The JV will focus on delivering high-reliability electronics solutions for railways, industrial systems, and medical devices—key sectors with strong growth potential.

A state-of-the-art facility spanning approximately 20,000 sq. ft. will be set up at the Bommasandra Industrial Area in Bengaluru, equipped with advanced SMT (Surface Mount Technology), THT (Through-Hole Technology), and box-build assembly lines.

This partnership will combine Syrma’s large-scale, cost-effective manufacturing capabilities with Elemaster’s advanced design expertise and strong partnerships with European OEMs. The strategic collaboration aims to:

Promote "Make in India" solutions in critical sectors

The JV is positioned to become a key player in India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem, particularly in segments requiring precision, safety, and regulatory compliance.
