Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Darshita Southern India Happy Homes for ₹2,250 crore.
As part of the deal, TCS will take ownership of the company’s land and building, converting it into a new delivery center in Bengaluru. The transaction includes a call option, enabling TCS to acquire full ownership through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) after two years.
Darshita Southern India Happy Homes, established in September 2004, specializes in developing commercial properties for lease to industrial clients.
