The Ganga's Newest Jewel: Taj Ganga Kutir Resort Opens

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), in partnership with the Ambuja Neotia Group, has announced the opening of the Taj Ganga Kutir Resort & Spa in Raichak, West Bengal.

The 155-key luxury resort is situated near the picturesque confluence of the Ganga River and the Bay of Bengal, offering a tranquil escape rich in natural beauty and cultural significance. Puneet Chhatwal, MD & CEO of IHCL, noted that the launch underscores the company’s strategy to expand into distinctive Indian destinations that combine heritage and nature, further strengthening the Taj brand’s premium resort portfolio across the country.

Harshavardhan Neotia, Chairman of the Ambuja Neotia Group, shared that Taj Ganga Kutir is the fifth property in the ‘Kutir’ series at Raichak, marking a continued collaboration with IHCL. He emphasized that the resort is designed to promote tourism in the region while fostering local employment and supporting the broader hospitality ecosystem in West Bengal.
