The Icon Group plans Punjab DownTown Mohali Commercial Complex

The Icon Group is considering the possibility of constructing a new commercial complex project to be known as DownTown Mohali in the city of Mohali, Punjab. The project's goal is to create a commercial infrastructure of world-class calibre, with the intention of attracting and retaining enterprises from across all industries.

The kind of this project is a Commercial Complex.

The capacity of the project is 500,000 square feet.

The total cost of the project was 44.26 Crore.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 30% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2025.
