The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has invited bids for the construction of the Bangalore Business Corridor (Peripheral Ring Road-1) under Package-1.
The project covers the stretch from Tumkur Road to Bellary Road (km 0.00 to km 21.00) and is estimated at ₹3,348 crore. It will be executed under the design, build, operate, and transfer (DBOT) model, which includes construction as well as operation and maintenance (O&M) for a period of 10 years.
The corridor is expected to significantly improve connectivity across Bengaluru, easing traffic congestion and providing a critical link between major arterial roads and key business hubs. It is also anticipated to support the city’s economic growth by improving access to important commercial and industrial zones while reducing pressure on existing road networks.
The deadline for submission of bids is May 6, 2026.
