Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from NMDC Limited for a railway infrastructure project in Chhattisgarh.
The contract involves the refurbishment of permanent way infrastructure at NMDC’s sidings and mobile equipment tracks, along with their maintenance at the mining locations of Kirandul and Bacheli.
Valued at ₹95.27 crore (including 18% GST), the project falls within RVNL’s core business of railway infrastructure development and related services.
The order further strengthens RVNL’s presence in railway infrastructure and maintenance projects associated with the mining sector, particularly those supporting NMDC’s iron ore logistics operations in the region.
