Uma Developers wants to build Residential & Commercial Project in Gujarat

Uma Developers is proposing a new residential cum commercial complex [Atishay Shivalay III] at Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The project, named Atishay Shivalay III, will comprise of 140 residential units and 12 commercial units. The complex will also have ample parking space, including basement and open parking. There is open parking that is 500 square meters. 

Uma Developers built the Sargasan, Gandhinagar, residential and commercial complex.Project name: Atishay Shivalay III. Plot size is 4638 square meters. Groundcover is 1589.7 square meters. The allowed floor area is 12,522.60m2. The projected floor size is 12,357.63 square meters. Builders built 22,733.06 square meters. B and G/HP floors may be made 14 stories tall. Maximum height is 45m. Average plot size is 271.24 square meters. Plant 250 square meters of trees The basement has 3678.94 square meters of parking. 

A combination of residential and business spaces is offered in an area that is undergoing significant development.  Takes into account the various requirements of both inhabitants and companies. Increases the overall appeal of the region as well as the infrastructure of the area. Gandhinagar's urban growth is aided by this contribution.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 60% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
