Vikas Park Private Limited Plans Residential Complex [Hero Homes] in Haryana

Vikas Park Private Limited is coming up with a new Residential Complex Project at Sector - 104, Gurugram, Haryana. The project is expected to cost 84.75 crores and will have a total of 650 apartments. The apartments will be available in a variety of sizes, starting from 1099 sq.ft. to 1689 sq.ft.

The apartments will be equipped with modern amenities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area, and security. The project is also located close to a number of schools, hospitals, and shopping malls.

The prices of the apartments at Hero Homes start from 1.05 crore to 1.65 crore. The exact price will depend on the size and location of the apartment.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
