Waste to Worth: Antony Lara’s New ₹67Cr Contract with TMC

Antony Lara Enviro Solutions has secured a contract from the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) for the development of a mixed solid waste processing facility in Maharashtra.

The project involves the establishment of a 600–800 tonnes-per-day (TPD) solid waste processing plant at Atkoli in Bhiwandi taluka. It will be executed on a design, build, operate, and transfer (DBOT) basis on land owned by TMC. The total capital expenditure for the project is estimated at ₹67 crore, which will be reimbursed by TMC upon the achievement of predefined milestones as specified in the tender.

In addition to construction, the contract includes comprehensive operation and maintenance of the facility for a period of 10 years. The project represents a significant step toward strengthening waste management infrastructure in the region, supporting improved environmental management and sustainable solid waste disposal. The contract award further underscores Antony Lara Enviro Solutions’ growing presence in India’s waste processing and environmental services sector.
