Wind Win: Suzlon Bags 100.8 MW Sunsure Project

Suzlon Group, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, has secured a 100.8 MW wind energy project from Sunsure Energy. This marks Sunsure’s foray into the wind energy sector and represents a strategic expansion of its renewable energy portfolio.

Under the agreement, Suzlon will supply 48 of its advanced S120 wind turbine generators (2.1 MW each), installed on Hybrid Lattice Towers (HLTs). The project will be executed in the Jath region of Maharashtra in EPC mode. Suzlon’s responsibilities include the supply, erection, installation, and commissioning of the turbines, along with comprehensive operations and maintenance services post-commissioning.

This project not only strengthens Suzlon's industry presence but also contributes to India's renewable energy goals by integrating wind power into Sunsure’s clean energy mix.
