The Centre has notified the Rs 3,030-crore BHAVYA Rasayan scheme (2026–31) to establish three greenfield chemical parks across India. Operationalised by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers, the initiative aims to boost domestic manufacturing, attract investments, and enhance export competitiveness by developing robust shared infrastructure—including common effluent treatment, hazardous waste management, and logistics systems—via a competitive, challenge-based selection process.
