Dombivli’s Green Revolution Starts Now with Eco Hotels & Resorts

Eco Hotels and Resorts (EHRL) has signed its first greenfield project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), marking an important milestone in the company’s expansion strategy.

The new property, located in Dombivli, will be developed under “The Eco”, Eco Hotels’ premium mid-range brand. Designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, the hotel will offer high-quality accommodations and contemporary amenities. Scheduled to open within the next 24 months, the property will feature 65–70 rooms, a 5,000 sq. ft. banquet hall, and multiple dining options. These include Sahar, the brand’s signature “Back to the Roots” restaurant; GG’s, a rooftop open-to-sky restaurant with a covered bar; and the Kick in the Brick restaurant, along with a dedicated dance floor for recreation and entertainment.

Spread across more than 10 acres, the integrated development will also include a high-street shopping complex, a school, a hospital, and residential facilities, creating a vibrant, community-oriented destination.
