Double the Zest: Lemon Tree Signs Two New Properties

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties—Lemon Tree Premier in Raipur and Lemon Tree Hotel in Jalandhar—as part of its continued expansion across Central and North India.

Both properties will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, the group’s wholly owned management arm. The move reflects the company’s strategy to deepen its presence in fast-growing urban markets, driven by increasing demand from both business and leisure travellers.

The Lemon Tree Premier in Raipur will feature 78 rooms with modern interiors and a full suite of amenities, including a multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. It is conveniently located about 7 km from Swami Vivekananda Airport and 9 km from Raipur Railway Station.

Meanwhile, the Lemon Tree Hotel in Jalandhar will offer 60 rooms along with dining, banquet, and conference spaces, as well as leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. The property is situated roughly 25 km from Adampur Airport and just 2 km from Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station, providing convenient access for travellers.
