Dynamic Forge & Fittings (I) has successfully produced hot induction bends for the Duliajan–Numaligarh Gas Pipeline project of Oil India Ltd.
The bends were manufactured to meet stringent engineering and quality requirements for critical pipeline infrastructure. The components were produced using TMCP line pipes to ensure enhanced strength and toughness, with one-metre tangent lengths designed to match precise pipeline specifications. In addition, post-bend heat treatment (PBHT) was carried out to achieve the required mechanical properties.
To ensure operational reliability and safety, the components underwent 100 percent hydrostatic testing under witnessed inspection.
The company said the project highlights its capabilities in precision engineering, rigorous quality control, and delivering reliable solutions for demanding pipeline applications.
