The Uttar Pradesh government is set to select a developer for the 174-acre Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Greater Noida, with the aim of attracting over ₹1,200 crore in investment and generating a minimum of 5,000 jobs.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) invited bids for the project, which is expected to enhance freight movement efficiency and boost the state’s logistics ecosystem. Proposals have been received from Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Super Handlers, and Empezar Logistics. A high-powered committee chaired by the Chief Secretary will evaluate the bids.
Strategically located near Jewar Airport, the MMLP will feature cargo yards, warehouses, a skill development centre, and end-to-end logistics services. It offers seamless connectivity to the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors and is adjacent to CONCOR’s dry port. The 174.12-acre site at Kappa 2 will be leased for 90 years, with a requirement for minimum investment excluding the cost of land.
