Greenbase 2.0: Rs 2,000 Cr Investment in Tamil Nadu

Greenbase Industrial and Logistics, a Hiranandani Group-backed platform, is planning a Rs 2,000 crore investment in Tamil Nadu. The expansion entails developing approximately 5 million sq. ft. of industrial and warehousing space as part of its Greenbase 2.0 strategy to strengthen its regional footprint. Furthermore, the company is actively pursuing an additional 4 million sq. ft. of development potential through strategic land acquisitions, expanding its ongoing project pipeline in the state. These planned developments will feature sustainability-focused designs and advanced infrastructure, with North Chennai serving as a strategic hub for its entry into established industrial and logistics corridors.
