DISA India has commenced commercial production at its newly established manufacturing facility in Tumkur, Karnataka, with effect from June 1, 2026, marking a significant milestone in the company’s capacity expansion and long-term growth strategy.
Located at Plot Nos. 25 and 26 in the Satyamangala Industrial Area, Kasaba Hobli, Tumkur Taluk, the new plant complements DISA India’s existing manufacturing operations in the region. The facility has been developed to strengthen the company’s production capabilities and support increasing demand for its foundry and industrial equipment solutions across domestic and international markets.
DISA India is a leading provider of complete foundry systems, offering a broad portfolio that includes moulding machines, sand mixers, sand plant equipment, surface preparation machinery, and environmental control systems used across various industrial applications. The new facility has been established with a capital investment of approximately Rs 56 crore, fully funded through internal accruals, reflecting the company’s robust financial position and commitment to self-financed growth.
According to the company, the expansion is expected to enhance manufacturing efficiency, improve scalability, and increase overall production capacity, enabling it to better serve its growing customer base. The new facility also reinforces DISA India’s commitment to strengthening its manufacturing footprint in Karnataka while enhancing competitiveness in the foundry technology and industrial equipment sector through operational excellence and capacity augmentation.
